All essential nutrients for shrimp feed.

The integration of all essential nutrients into shrimp feed form for shrimp treatment.

All farmers in shrimp farming industry need their shrimps to have best nutrients. They try to find more beneficial supplements for shrimp in order to increase shrimp survival rate, growth rate, shrimp strength and immunes and for higher quality of production.
There are a lot of beneficial supplements important to shrimp but the supplements that most farmers have confidence in are as follow;
1.Vitamin C - to strengthen shrimp health
2.Multivitamin- to enhance capacity of shrimp hepatopancrease
3.HUFA - to enhance fat and hormones for shrimp
4.Chitosan - to strengthen shrimp health, complete molting and resist to various environments
5.Collagen - as a source to support shrimp cells and connective tissues
6.High quality protein from marine fishes - to support shrimp tissue and promote growth
7.Amino acids- to support shrimp growth and enzyme synthesis
8.Herbs - decrease some germs causing illness to shrimp
9.Minerals - to support normal system of shrimp cells and shrimp shell
10.Spirulina- to supplement pigments in shrimp and improve shrimp immunes
11.Beta-glucan- as a source of some nutrients generating immunes to prevent some bacteria
12.Pro-biotic- to reinforce strength of shrimp digestive system and to prevent pathogen that infect shrimp digestive system
All above supplements have been integrated by specific process, combined all by chitosan and formed into pellet (imitated to shrimp feed and be differentiated by feed size) and then so called “compressed chitosan-protein tablet”
Compressed chitosan-protein tablet is high durable in water and not easy spoilage to water. Compressed chitosan-protein tablet are produced by special process of multi-layer coating of essential supplements to wrap all nutrient and not easy to be dissolved. Shrimps consuming compressed chitosan-protein tablet will completely receive all essential nutrients. In addition, there is no need to add any other supplement to shrimp feed, farmers can mix “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet” directly to shrimp feed at every feeding time.
When is an appropriate time to use “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet”?
It is not essential to use “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet” if shrimps are in good condition, good health and good pond environments. Shrimp feed has adequate nutrients for shrimps. However, it is recommended to use “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet” if the following symptoms occur;
1.Shrimp present weakness at the beginning of launching period
2.Shrimp weakness of derived from impair shrimp genetics
3.Impair hepatopancrease
4.Shrimps are weak during recovering period after sickness

To enhance shrimp health, it is recommended to follow the below table.
Farming period Usage proportion

Day 1 – day 10

(equivalent to no. 1 shrimp feed size)

Replace all shrimp feed be compressed chitosan-protein tablet. (Proportion: use 2 kilograms of compressed chitosan-protein tablet to 100,000 shrimp). Feed 4-5 times daily

Day 11 – day 20

(equivalent to no. 2 shrimp feed size)

Replace 50 percent of shrimp feed by compressed chitosan-protein tablet.

Day 21 upward

(equivalent to no. 3 hrimp feed size)

Replace 10-30 percent of shrimp feed by compressed chitosan-protein tablet. Use continuously upon farmer’s satisfaction.

After 7-10 days of feeding “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet” it is clear that shrimps are healthy, well-flipped, has healthy hepatopancrease and full of feed in digestive system. This will lead to good and successful shrimp farming permanently.
However, adding “Compressed chitosan-protein tablet” is not enough to achieve successful farming goal. Farmers should maintain water quality control system and select high quality digestive microorganism for waste management in shrimp pond to achieve low waste (e.g. Ammonia, nitrite and hydrogen sulfide). Good environment causes good shrimp health and lead to high benefits both in quantity and quality for shrimp farmers.
